about the tours

Your role as a leader is to guide small groups of Japanese exchange students around places like Kings Park, Perth, Fremantle, Curtin, UWA, ECU and Rottnest Island amongst other locations. Each location has a worksheet to follow so no past experience is necessary, as long as you feel comfortable leading a group and interacting with Japanese exchange students you will be a perfect fit! Help guide the students on a tour of the campus so they can get a feel for Aussie uni life.

FREMANTLE AMAZING RACE

Help the students compete in an interactive game as they explore Fremantle in search for clues to win the Fremantle Amazing Race.

PERTH tour

Adventure around Perth following a worksheet guide to show the students what it’s like in WA’s capital city.

rottnest island tour

Accompany students in exploring Rottnest Island, learning facts about its history, touring the beaches and most importantly to them: finding quokkas!

Kings park walking tour

Guide students around Kings Park, showing them the many different views of Perth city and educating them on the parks native Australian plants and birds.

ECU tour

Use a guided worksheet to explore the ECU campus with the students and look at the differences between Japanese and Australian universities.
